Pumped out of the heart of Los Angeles, Pro-verb has bled hip hop since his childhood days. Now he is making his presence felt in the hip hop community through a viral campaign driven by sick lyricism and healthy dose of hard hitting tracks. As quoted by legendary lyricist, Chino xl, “I ‘ride’ with Pro-verb all day.”

Currently, Pro-verb is pushing his mixtape Good Business Vol. 1. Gearing his shows and radio air time around promoting Good Business, Good Business Vol. 2 the Produce Section (a beat CD) is soon to follow. Also, “Verb” is promoting the 20 minute monster of a track entitled “the Workout” produced by super producer, Focus…of a.Fam Ent, Inc (formerly of Aftermath Entertainment).

Pro-verb has a rich background in hip hop. From the age of 15 he worked side by side with Focus…eventually being inspired to produce tracks as well. In 2005, he, along with long time partner Rockwell Smarts, were featured on the album Back 2 Basics executive produced by Sway (of MTV) and King Tech. Pro-verb was also featured on Chino xl’s album Warning, Focus… It Had to Happen and Dedicated.

In conjunction with a.Fam Ent, Inc. Pro-verb has started his own company, Heat Rox Ent. with Clinte’ “Natuural” Motley. Together they strive to create a brand known for making feel good music no matter what genre they venture into. Good Business Vol. 1 is the perfect example of how business is conducted at Heat Rox/a.Fam Ent. Simply put on his song the Workout, “…and that’s what I came to do y’all. Franchise the flow, make music to move y’all.”

Focus… called Pro-verb, his “favorite rapper.” The Truth from Tapwire Magazine was quoted saying, “Verb is dope. One of the most underrated in hip hop definitely. He deserves every good thing that comes to him.” Keep your eyes and ears open for more Pro-verb in the near future. With the Good Business Mixtape Series and “the Workout” as his tools, Verb plans on making a statement that will ring in the annals of hip hop for years to come.
